The M2 content archive only stores the latest-pointer row for this skill. Older versions are kept in skill_versions (hash + parsed_body) but the literal raw_body was not archived when the row was inserted. M3.1 surfaces this state explicitly so the client can render a "no archive copy" notice rather than a confusing null body.
