DMCA 通知

SkillHub 遵循《美国数字千年版权法》（DMCA）规定的 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) 下架程序。如果你是版权所有者，或经授权代表其行事，请按下方地址发送包含全部六项必备要素的书面通知。

指定代理人

请将你的通知通过邮件发送至 [email protected]. 。邮件是最快的渠道。如需纸质版邮件，可回复确认邮件以索取通信地址。

官方下架流程

  1. 将包含以下全部六项要素的完整通知发送至 [email protected]。要素不完整的通知将被退回并要求补齐，我们不会处理部分通知。
  2. 我们将在 5 个工作日内确认收悉，并分配一个跟踪 ID。确认邮件会发送至你在要素 3 中提供的邮箱。
  3. 我们将对照 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) 清单审核通知。如果形式上有效，将对受影响的技能执行软删除（在 skills 行的 deleted_at 上设置时间戳）。该技能在下一请求中即从公共 API 和 Web 界面消失；行记录会被保留以维持外键完整性和审计历史。
  4. 我们会通知来源注册中心（ClawHub、Mavis 等），由其决定是否同时删除上游副本。通知内容包括原通知、我们的处置和跟踪 ID。
  5. 如果受影响方认为下架有误，可提交反通知（同样依据 § 512(g)）。反通知按相同时间线审核。
  6. 我们会在内部 audit_log 表中记录所有操作（操作者：admin:http，操作：skill.soft_delete），并保留日志至少 3 年。

反通知

如果你发布的技能被依本政策软删除，且你认为下架有误，可依据 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) 提交反通知。反通知必须包含：(a) 你的手写或电子签名；(b) 被下架材料的描述以及下架前出现的 URL；(c) 在伪证处罚下声明你有充分理由相信材料系因错误或误识别而被下架；(d) 你的姓名、地址、电话号码，以及一份关于你同意你所在地联邦地区法院（或 SkillHub 所在任一地区法院）管辖并将接受投诉方送达的声明。请将反通知发送至同一 地址： [email protected] 。

非 DMCA 事务

对于与版权无关的下架请求（例如恶意软件、个人数据泄露、来源注册中心的服务条款违规等），请使用 /about 页面中的常规联系方式。这些请求将按照来源注册中心自身的下架程序处理，而非 DMCA。
